What Pocket Coach is

Pocket Coach (by Athlix) analyzes lifting video and live camera feeds to measure joint angles and return coaching cues. Workout logging stores sets, reps, and optional notes in your account.

Data we collect

• Account data: email and authentication identifiers when you sign up (via Supabase Auth).
• Uploaded video: sent to our servers for analysis. Video is processed to extract pose data and is not stored long-term unless you explicitly save a session later.
• Live sessions: camera frames are processed for pose tracking during an active session. Optional saved sessions store angles, flags, and cues, not video.
• Workout data: exercise names, sets, reps, weight, notes, and optional form-check text you attach to exercises.
• Device data: basic technical logs needed to operate the service (errors, request timing). We do not sell this data.

How we use data

We use your data to run analysis, show results, sync workouts across devices when signed in, and improve reliability of the service. We do not use your training video for advertising.

Third parties

Authentication and database hosting may be provided by Supabase. Video analysis runs on Athlix infrastructure. These providers process data only to deliver the service.

Retention

Account and workout data remain until you delete your account or request deletion. Temporary upload processing data is discarded after analysis unless you choose to save a session.

Your choices

Live camera, uploads, and workout history require a free account. You can delete your account and associated data from Settings → Delete account. If self-serve deletion is unavailable, contact us at support@athlix.com.
